Failure to close or open

● Mechanical jamming: Long-term use or lack of maintenance can cause mechanical parts inside the ACB (such as transmission mechanisms, springs, etc.) to become jammed, affecting the ACB's ability to close or open.
● Electrical component damage: Damage to electrical components inside the ACB (such as coils, contacts, etc.) can also lead to improper operation of the ACB.
Malfunction
● Improper parameter setting: Incorrect setting of protection parameters (such as overload protection, short-circuit protection, etc.) may cause the ACB to malfunction during normal operation.
● External interference: Factors like electromagnetic interference and voltage fluctuations from external sources may also cause the ACB to malfunction.
Overheating or smoking
● Overload: Prolonged operation with currents exceeding the ACB's rated capacity can lead to overheating and even smoking.
● Poor heat dissipation: Inadequate heat dissipation conditions, such as closed installation environments or poor ventilation, can contribute to ACB overheating.

Loud noise
● Loose mechanical parts: Loose or worn mechanical parts inside the air circuit breaker can generate noise during operation.
● Electromagnetic interference: The electromagnetic fields generated by the ACB during operation may interfere with other electrical equipment and produce noise.
Other common problems
● Abnormal indicator light: The indicator light on the air circuit breaker indicates its operational status. An off or abnormal display may indicate a control circuit failure or damage to the indicator light itself.
● Degraded insulation performance: Degradation of the ACB's insulation performance can compromise its safety and lead to faults such as leakage or short circuits.
