Introduction and regulations of dual power automatic transfer switch

The power automatic transfer switch (hereinafter referred to as the transfer switch) is composed of one or several transfer switch appliances and other necessary appliances. It is used to detect the power circuit and automatically transfer one or more load circuits from one power supply to another. It is a dual power automatic transfer switch with perfect performance, safety and reliability, high degree of automation and wide application range.
Dual power operation procedures
1. When the power is cut off for some reason and the power supply cannot be restored in a short time, the backup power supply must be enabled.
Steps
① Cut off the mains power supply circuit breakers (including the circuit breakers in the distribution room control cabinet and the mains power supply circuit breakers in the dual power switch box), open the double throw anti-reverse switch to the self-supplied power supply side, and keep the self-supplied power supply circuit breaker in the dual power switch box in the disconnected state.
② Start the backup power supply (diesel generator set), and when the unit is operating normally, close the generator air switch and the circuit breakers in the self-supplied power control cabinet in sequence.
③ Close the backup power supply circuit breakers in the power switch box one by one to supply power to each load.
④ During the operation of the backup power supply, the operator on duty shall not leave the generator set, and shall adjust the voltage, plant frequency, etc. in time according to the changes in load, and deal with abnormalities in time.
2. When the city power supply is restored, the power conversion work should be done in time, the backup power supply should be cut off, and the city power supply should be restored.
Steps
① Disconnect the self-contained power supply circuit breakers one by one in sequence, the order is: self-contained power supply circuit breaker of the dual power supply switching box → each circuit breaker of the self-contained power supply distribution cabinet → the main switch of the generator → turn the double throw switch to the city power supply side.
② Shut down according to the diesel engine shutdown steps.
③ In sequence, close each circuit breaker from the city power supply main switch to each branch switch one by one, and put the dual power supply switching box from the city power supply circuit breaker in the closed position
