1. The fire and sprinkler pump control cabinets have been installed. A fire emergency start control cabinet (independent) can be added in front of the fire pump and sprinkler pump control cabinets. The power is drawn from the dual power cabinet, and the output of the "mechanical emergency start device" is connected to the output terminal in the original control cabinet.
2. When the fire pump and sprinkler pump control cabinets are in star-delta start mode, two sets of "mechanical emergency start devices" start 1# and 2# pumps respectively. When a fire alarm occurs, either 1# or 2# pump can be started; when starting, the handle is pressed 90°. After starting, the actual fire situation must be waited for, and the pump must be manually stopped by a person with management authority (the pump cannot be stopped automatically or manually stopped in case of a fire alarm).
3. When the fire pump and sprinkler pump control cabinet is in the reduced pressure start mode, a set of "mechanical emergency start device" will start the 1# and 2# pumps respectively. When a fire alarm occurs, any of the 1# and 2# pumps can be started. When starting, the handle is pressed 90° to the left to start the 1# pump, and pressed 90° to the right to start the 2# pump. Both are forced start. After starting, the pump must be stopped manually by a person with management authority (the pump cannot be stopped automatically or manually stopped in case of a fire alarm).
4. If the user or owner purchases our company's fire pump and sprinkler pump control cabinet at the same time, that is, the fire and sprinkler pump control cabinet integrated (with a "mechanical emergency start device"), the function is the same as above, in order to achieve the requirements of the new specifications and new standards, our company's products are guaranteed to pass the fire inspection.
